Webinar Recordings

The Company may record webinars for quality assurance, training, or future use. By participating in a webinar, You consent to being recorded. Recordings may be made available to other users or for purchase, unless otherwise stated.

The Service and its original Content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. Refund Policy

Refunds for webinar registrations are available under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the start date.

  • Refunds will be provided for any reason within 14 days of the start date.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to Your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Company’s total liability to You for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount You paid to access the Service.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to unforeseen events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to loss of power or internet connection.

Termination
